By accessing and using Tooljin ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using Tooljin, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Tooljin provides AI-powered tools for personal and business use. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes:
Tooljin operates on a credit-based system. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance plus daily bonus credits:
Each AI action consumes a fixed number of credits, shown before you run it. Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Daily bonus credits expire at midnight (UTC) and do not roll over. Purchased top-up credits remain valid for 12 months. International customers are billed in USD at the rates displayed at checkout. Tooljin reserves the right to adjust plan credits, pricing, or per-action credit costs with reasonable notice.
Payments: All payments are processed securely via Razorpay, which accepts major Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and international cards worldwide. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
7-Day Free Trial: Eligible new users may start a Pro or Business plan with a 7-day free trial. At sign-up, our payment provider may place a small verification charge (approximately ₹1–5) which is automatically refunded; the plan amount is not charged during the trial. The full plan amount is automatically charged at the end of the 7-day trial unless you cancel before it ends. Only one free trial is permitted per user, and a trial cannot be combined with any coupon or promotional offer.
Charges after the trial period are final and non-refundable. By starting a trial you acknowledge that the trial is your opportunity to fully evaluate the Service, and that once the trial converts and payment is taken, that amount — and every renewal charge thereafter — is not refundable. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription or trial at any time from your account settings. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel a paid subscription, your access continues until the end of the current billing period; no refund is issued for the remaining period.
Content you create using Tooljin belongs to you. Tooljin retains all rights to the underlying platform, AI models, interfaces, and technology. You may not claim ownership over any part of the Tooljin platform itself.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Tooljin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate — always review before publishing. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.
In no event shall Tooljin be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from use or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India. International users acknowledge that by using this Service they consent to the jurisdiction of Indian courts. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own country.
