Refund Policy

Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with Tooljin. If our Service doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward and transparent refund process.

Eligibility for Refund

• Refund requests made within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund — no questions asked
• Requests after 7 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
• If you have consumed more than 50% of your monthly AI credits, a partial refund may be issued
• Annual plan refunds are prorated — you will receive a refund for unused complete months
• Refunds are not available for accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service

How to Request a Refund

Email us at refunds@tooljin.com with:

• Your registered email address
• Order/transaction ID
• Brief reason for refund (optional but helpful)

We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and process it within 3–5 business days.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are credited to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card provider — typically 5–10 business days.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No automatic refund is issued for the remaining period unless it falls within the 7-day refund window.

Exceptions

• Free plan — no charges, no refunds applicable
• Accounts banned for Terms violations are not eligible for refunds
• Disputes raised through payment chargebacks without contacting us first may result in account suspension
